From the Heights of Solukhumbu to Markets Across Nepal

Nepal Rural Agriculture Company Limited (NRAC) and Everest Mineral Water Pvt. Ltd. (EMW) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the objective of strengthening mutual cooperation and institutional relations.

Under this agreement, NRAC will be responsible for quality assurance, market promotion, and establishing an organized, efficient, and sustainable distribution system for spring water sourced from a Natural Spring located at an altitude of 2,900 meters above sea level, with a pH level of 7.5.

This collaboration aims to connect the natural resources of Solukhumbu with the national market, expand access to quality spring water, and strengthen its market presence across Nepal through effective marketing and distribution. It marks an important step toward promoting Nepal’s natural resources and building a trusted, sustainable spring water market.
